Phantom Glass (ファントムグラス, Fantomugurasu) is a Unique ÄRM, a mirror which traps opponents inside it and breaks together when the user orders it to.
Usage and Countermeasures
Upon being used, the ÄRM would encase a target within a thin glass mirror. In manga, the conjured mirror spontaneously appears and traps the target, whereas anime version depicts the mirror projected in form of a wave of ethereal version of themselves before merges into a solid construct upon encasing the target. Nevertheless, the user can shatter the mirror along with the target at will or chose to give the target some tike to escape.
The only way to escape the mirror is by forcefully pushing one's way out with one's own sheer strength. In the manga, the mirror remained intact as the target phased out with some efforts; anime by contrast established the endeavor shattered the mirror outright yet the target otherwise unharmed.
